So, I would love to compete in painting competition and try to do my best and win a prize. The brushes and paints have to be carried with you, but the drawing sheets are provided by the organisers. The paintings got raving reviews. Everyone in my circle knows that I love drawing and painting.So I am waiting for the fair this year, so that I can participate and try my luck at winning a prize.Part 31.What are the contests commonly seen on TV programs?in China, the most popular contests Tv shows would probably the singing competitions, as almost all local TV stations in China have held such kind of competition, I suppose the popularity and attractions of these kinds of programs come from people"s demand for entertainment. Also, we can see other shows making participants compete in intelligence, physical abilities and other skills. 2.Why are competition shows popular?There are various reasons for it, firstly viewers must be interested in the field the show covered, secondly the success of these reality TV shows comes down to the audience participation as many shows rely on viewers to vote to choose the winners. Also, l guess watching some nobody gradually defeat others and become the last and biggest winner gives viewers a sense of excitement and encourage them to fight in their own lives. 3.What kinds of industries need competition? Why?Every industry needs competition. For example, competition is great for business because it forces businesses to be resourceful, and motivate them to make innovative breakthrough. Also, competition among companies create benefits for customers like lower prices, higher quality goods and services, greater variety and so on. 4. Do you think it is necessary to encourage people to compete with others in companies? 4. l think there are both benefits and drawbacks. On one hand, such competition can motivate employees make them put in more effort, and achieve excellent results. But on the other hand, anxiety and excitement are very common emotional responses to a competition, which can lead to dissatisfaction and complaints among employees, and this may hinder the development of the company  編輯：Moon▼IDE英創(chuàng)教育
